Professor Samuel Postell is the Assistant Director of the Lyceum Scholars Program at Clemson University’s Snow Institute for the Study of Capitalism, where he also teaches courses in American political thought, capitalism, and politics and literature. He holds a Ph.D. in Politics from the University of Dallas. His dissertation, Rocked in the Cradle of the Revolution, examines Henry Clay’s political theory. Postell has published two collections with Loco Foco Press: Mark Twain’s Political Fiction and The Essential Henry Clay.
