C. Bradley Thompson

C. Bradley Thompson is a professor of political philosophy at Clemson University, Executive Director of the Snow Institute for the Study Capitalism, and the founder and director of the Lyceum Scholars Program at Clemson. He received his Ph.D. at Brown University, and he has been a visiting scholar at Princeton and Harvard universities and at the University of London. Professor Thompson has published many books, including the award-winning John Adams and the Spirit of Liberty, Anti-Slavery Political Writings, 1833-1860: A Reader, Neoconservatism: An Obituary for an Idea, America’s Revolutionary Mind: A Moral History of the American Revolution and the Declaration that Defined It, What America Is, and Political Thought of the American Revolution: A Reader (2 volumes). Thompson is also the founder, publisher, and chief blogger at EdWatchDaily.com, and he is the founder and publisher of Loco-Foco Press.
